Pros

Not much to say except the reputation of SKIDATA technology helps sell the product. Medical benefits are good.

Cons

Once hands changed ownership, the great booming culture took a nosedive. The new management have no idea, or just don't care, how Sentry built its customer base, through extraordinary installations and continued superior customer-centric service. Our former CEO was success focused but humble at the same time. The new CEO, and his a his little helper (CFO or whatever her title), is arrogant and couldn't care less about the people that make the company thrive. Upper management and HR used to have an open door policy, but I wouldn't go to them now. I've been in this industry long enough to know that this kind of leadership will fail in the US. That's why so many of my coworkers have jumped ship, and why new employees aren't staying long.

Pros

Relatively good benefits. OT be ready.

Cons

Lacking manpower, direction, not a team environment, over extends employees, sets unreasonable expectations for both employees and clients. Currently this company is over committing to projects they can not perform nor have the resources to perform. Has not met sale goals thus no bonuses paid for those who work hard to make the impossible happen. This company values no one! You are just a means to an end. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Upper level managers have no clue whats going on, your spreading the field way to thin, lacking not just manpower physically but the mental ability of knowing our systems is being taken away. This company is doomed if changes to the culture and mentality are not made ASAP. Sad this used to be a wonderful company with an amazing culture who valued their employees. Not any more. Your losing valued employees, long term employees due to the complete lack of direction, communication, leadership and Pay increase.

Pros

Challenging tasks every day. Had a lot of responsibilities. Took on my own responsibilities plus a supervisor's at various points. Good benefits. Challenged myself.

Cons

Just didn't feel appreciated in the end despite giving 110% every day and producing bottom line results. In the last 12+ months direct manager was out of touch with my workload, how hard I worked and what results I produced, yet formed a less than positive opinion of me. A raise in pay was requested and denied despite being assigned a supervisor's duties on top of my own and excelling at both. Manager sent a couple of emails to my personal email address that I felt were insulting.
