Everyone is approachable, helpful, and willing to collaborate. My whole personality, including the wacky sense of humor, is welcomed here. This makes the work environment both productive and fun. The technology is truly impressive. Senzing is solving pressing, real-world challenges and it's great to be part of something that has meaningful impact. A high value is placed on corporate and personal integrity at Senzing. As a marketer, this is very important to me because it means I am not under pressure to spam people or try to trick them into engaging with us. Instead, I can focus on providing real value to our target audience.
