I worked at Sequence Health full-time

    Pros

Close knit supportive team who cares about their clients. Innovative product offering - few competitors in the market. Leadership opportunities and career advancement support. Flexible work environment (casual dress code, potential to work from home when needed etc) and new location of office in Dunwoody is great.

    Cons

There was a period of high turnover that seems to have stopped as leadership has laid the foundation for a solid team for the company to build on. Product maturity - still early on so finding a place in the market.

    Advice to Management

Continue listening to customers and self-evaluating where the product and teams can improve. Keep hiring great staff!

I worked at Sequence Health full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Growing Company with a very helpful management team. The training I received while working at Sequence was top notch and will aid me in my future endeavors. My leaving is bittersweet as I have truly enjoyed my time here.

    Cons

The only thing missing is a 401K plan. I believe that is something they are working on getting into place and would be great for employees.

    Pros

If you are interested in Marketing career there is an opportunity.

    Cons

Call center leadership is weak, lacks opportunity, good performance is not a way to move up. You must friends with leadership to move up even with poor performance. Favoritism is out of control, and individuals in leadership are not qualified to be in their roles.

    Advice to Management

Several great employees have left the organization due to lack of opportunities and the character and lack of professionalism from the current leadership group. If you want to obtain and retain good employees, you must make a change in leadership or else the revolving door will continue.

I worked at Sequence Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Wonderful people to learn from and call mentors.

Excellent people.. The people here are so kind and great to work with while keeping it professional.

Highly creative problem solving across the board in all departments.

    Cons

Sometimes, not in all cases, management does not let the subject matter experts weigh in as much as they are needed. Allow them to be present when strategizing an action plan for potential clients. It will only enhance this process.

If you hire someone let them show their passion through their work. Do not tell them they only serve a specific purpose especially when they can do so much more. This causes people to become bored with their jobs because they don't feel challenged.

My commute was unfavorable.. but its Atlanta..

    Advice to Management

Learn from your employees and listen to them. You never know what they might be thinking or innovating in their minds. You have a lot of very talented people, you hired them because of there expertise.. let them take the lead and be the subject matter experts. Give them the opportunities to shine.

I have been working at Sequence Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company is moving in the positive direction with new software products for the health care market and adding great productivity enhancing apps for their operations. Lot happening with sales, contact center and software. Recent all employee meeting had the CEO present strategy and new culture vision for the company.

    Cons

As with any company that is evolving, Mdnetsolutions is going through a phase of transition. Sometimes the only way to evolve is to be able to learn quickly from mistakes.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and adapt quickly

I have been working at Sequence Health full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Paycheck. A small paycheck but a paycheck.

    Cons

Management who is demeaning. Unprofessional behavior from supervisors who come in late every day, bully employees and gossip incessantly.
Discourage vacation and the workload is unbalanced.

    Advice to Management

Respect employees rather than belittling them. Pay for workload, experience and education. Hire people based on merits, not family members who need a check.
