      Pros

      Good colleagues, minimal onsite teams so there is a good opportunity to learn and build your skills in Pega.

      Cons

      - minimal onsite teams so you will be overburdened in terms of work - verbal promises on benefits that never materialize - ungenerous policies, minimal vacation with no vacation carryover - one will be overworked and usually no time to take vacations so you usually loose them at the end of the year. - no annual review or increments - no 401K match

      Pros

      One of my favorite things about working at Serendebyte are the people that I get to work with every day. I really enjoy the collaborative environment and culture that Serendebyte offers. Everybody is extremely smart, friendly and supportive of one another. Dilip the CEO is also very hands-on and cares a lot about everyone in the organization.
