      Pros

      Cons

Office politics - if you can just put your head down and work you'll be okay. Stressful - Long days, on the phone the whole time.

Your personal information is not safe at this organization

      Pros

Benefits are the best aspect. Relatively easy job, can get away with doing nothing for days because managers don't want to let you do anything new if they perceive it as a threat to their position.

      Cons

Overall, this organization does things right, but isn't immune to controversy, such as lawsuits due to the former CEO. My personal experience involved a senior manager compromising my personal, private, sensitive, confidential information. The evidence was turned over to Information Security leadership anonymously. I continued working at the organization over a year and a half longer. Nobody from Information Security, HR, or my own department notified me of the data incident. They must have determined the compromise incident didn't require notification legally; who cares about morals or ethics though? Makes you wonder what else they might be hiding from their employees or other potential privacy compromise incidents related to members that might exist. 0/10 would not work here again.
