      Easygoing environment, but management and systems need improvement

      Pros

      Cant think of too many other than its a pretty easy going environment

      Cons

      The owner is never there, he is more interested in his bar than his recruitment business. Brought in a guy whose supposed to be an expert in the engineering sector, bit of a joke really, lazy and old fashioned. Outdated systems and processes. Previous clients moving on to new suppliers, shame as it used to be a really good place.
