Good coworkers and travel if you’re into that does have a nice staff kitchen
Cons
The southwest super old And very difficult to use your training program consist of read the manual and having a senior tech help you they may or may not yell at you The management is a joke It’s really stuck in the old business . And you’ll be traveling a lot so get used to missing things in your life. Also having a train someone’s on ancient tech every time you go out to do an install is a pain No room for advancement advancement and only two weeks off
You don't take your work home and the people that work here (sans a notable few) are great.
Cons
Honestly if it wasn't for the way they treated it, it would have been a decent enough job. But being in the office can be a lot. Also some believe we are curing cancer and they treat it with the same veracity. The software can be only described as antiquated (that's a nice way to say that). THIS ISNT AN IT JOB. They write it in a way that makes you believe that it is. Tech support isn't an IT job.
