      Poor Management at Corp Level

      Pros

      Hours were good. Worked with good people at the site level and good people in the IT dept at Corporate. Received a raise each year. Great business concept. Great IT dept

      Cons

      Managemant is unable to communicate efficiently with their employees. They do not realize the value of those at the site level and do not appreciate their employees. There is minimal training. Responsibilities are far outside of the scope of the job description. The expectation of what you are to do does not come with the dollars or the title for this responsibility.

      Pros

      Got to work on-site at a large manufacturing company. Not micromanaged. Work security.

      Cons

      Management had hands tied with amount of workers they had for the enormous work load total. Only noticed if something didn't get done.
