Supervisor is over barring and doesn't treat employees well.(high turnover) The employees who last know that the office rules very well, and use there FMLA or medical disabilities to stay out of trouble for calling out sick, taking extended time off or being late all the time . The employees who are honest or want change for the better are pushed aside or forced out. The supervisor has been there for forty years and has not been promoted taking her frustration out on the staff and making the work environment unstable.
