      Good place to learn VC, but politics here are terrible

      Pros

      Great legacy and at one time, a strong brand. Some of the older partners were high integrity and great to work with.

      Cons

      Most of the older generation of partners failed to produce returns. They pushed out a number of the younger partners who did end up with stronger track records over internal political struggles. Cross office politics became horrible.
