      The environment was quite good at the beginning. Good benefits, nice co-workers and vibe.

      Cons

      With the acquisition it became a mess. Too many changes and lay-offs.

      The team members are friendly and easy to work with. The work environment is comfortable, office policies are flexible, and the team leader does a great job of empowering and encouraging the team.

      Cons

      Due to budget constraints, most employees are at the junior or mid-level. As a result, the products often lack strong design, and the team lacks well-defined processes and standards to guide and develop employees effectively.
