      Pros

      The atmosphere at SEH is very encouraging. The majority of staff are very helpful and easy to communicate with. The pay is very reasonable and equitable compared to other architectural practices.

      Cons

      the majority of my experience was during COVID-19. therefore, I did not quite grasp the whole experience.
