Then no flexibility whatsoever, no regards to personal life, empathy or support when needed, makes you feel worthless. Gave me sleepless nights and took a while after leaving to mentally recover from the distress. Job role different when hiring to then actually doing the job. Lack of commitment where manager wants to control everything and does things without telling you, which impacts your work and leads you to looking stupid infront of others.
