      -Every processes have SOP to follow -supportive and loving people -most people are smart and expert of their roles -many resources and supportive tools

      Cons

      -require strict clock in and out, and uncompromise with work from home at all -temporary hr admins did everything wrong -nitpicky hr -unclear KPI to get high bonus and merit
