Low pay, policy changes daily, lack of communication through out the company to all parts of the company. Co-owner makes it an unbearable place to work. She is always yelling and using profanity to employees, as well as degrading employees in front of other employees. No raises
The pros of working here is you get all the stress, drama, and negativity of working in a large corporation squeezed into a very small one.
Cons
I honestly wish there were pros. I had such a genuinely bad experience working here. Management was extremely lacking and often caused more problems than they solved. The head of management for this company slowly started to manage every department micromanaging every worker and driving many employees from the company. On many occasions management will loudly talk negatively about employees in rooms with temporary walls where most staff can hear them.
