Pros

Good environment when I first began working there but that changed within the first year. Some appreciate the free bagels in the break room several times a week but that is not something I consider a big perk!

Cons

Middle management plays favorites and doesn't even try to hide it! Commission plan was constantly being changed (in the company's favor).

We were a close-knit group of people led by a group of leaders who cared about us. The culture was that of trust, everyone was involved with our customers and ready to provide great service no matter their official role or title.

Cons

It was sometimes difficult to thrive in a male-oriented group.
