It's a company where we are allowed to explore with opportunities and our ideas are welcomed by the management. Awards and recognition are on pace despite of the flow in the system.

Pros

I didn’t see any during my period.

Cons

I found many.. 1. Staffing company.. can fire anytime without notice period. 2. They will tell during the recruitment like we have lot of projects but once you will be out of the project they will fire you. 3. No cooperation from the management not even from higher. 4. Due to less budget project they can only hire one or two team members(1 senior and 1 junior)So be ready to take all the responsibility on yourself. 5. Mangers behaves like they don’t exist. 6. If you have any concerns regarding the project and you try to tell to your manager or other higher persons, they will not help instead they will say you have lack of skills and will fire you. 6. Being a startup don’t have a proper hierarchy and proper management. 7. If you think its a startup so you will learn. Before you think the same ,they will snatch that opportunity and fire you. 8. Salary they will send with wrong figures. After complaining they will sent the remaining and etc etc. 9. They will tell we don’t have problem by giving you high salary during the requirement. But they will do have problem once you joined. So if they will find something with meaningless reasons also then they will fire you. Etc etc
