      I can't think of a single good thing

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. The upper management ( principal designer, her husband) along with their minions, bullies the soft spoken employees. Felt more like I was a part of some high school drama. No respect for time and hard work. Hardly any work is discussed at the place

      Pros

      If you have that fire to learn more and understand what design means this is the place to be at. The team that is spearheaded by Darshana has learnt so much more under her expertise about the industry and the field despite their previous experience. Since designing involves an eye for detail guess this is the place to head as the leadership and hunger for more would only be possible once you see Darshana in action.

      Cons

      One Needs commitment and should have the craving for getting out of one’s comfort zone if you need to see yourself grow. If you have all of the above then Signa is the best option for you
