Pros
Some of the best people you could ever have the chance to work with. Arrogance has no place here. Everyone wants to drive progress in the same direction. The people who leave or are asked to leave typically have very large egos and want to "manage" but not work.
Cons
Growing, so that means they are often taking on big challenges or don't yet have fully built out approaches to new tasks.

There is absolutely not a single Pro to working here.

This was the worst company I've ever come into contact with throughout my career. No one here cares about anything, including the "launch" of their supposed product that I'm still not sure actually exists. If you are looking to hop in your time machine and go back to 1980's boiler room sales tactics, this is the place for you. You will find ZERO innovation or creativity amongst any people or processes here. There is no leadership at this company. If you're a woman, prepare to have your ideas smacked down before you can even finish your thought, have hands put in your face to silence you and then be gaslit and fired when you attempt to bring your concerns to the C suite. There is no opportunity here in any capacity.

2yWe were disappointed that there was not a good fit between you and your hiring manager, and never rejoice in needing to make necessary separations, but we hope that you have found a better organization to plug into that can benefit from working with you.
Concerning your comments about gender, I hope anyone seeing this review will recognize that half of the company (including the person writing this reply, and your friend who advocated for us hiring you against our initial judgment) and half of the leadership are women. Some ideas are shot down because they are bad ideas, not because of the gender of the person bringing them to the table.
