Not the best.

Pros

It was my first job; wish I had more nice things to say about it.

Cons

The owners are cheap; we had to pay contributions for the water dispenser. My salary was below minimum wage for an almost 10-hour shift. We were required to stay for an extra 30 minutes every Friday with no salary increase. We were required to wear uniforms (that were very itchy by the way. And these uniforms were loaned; probably previously worn by former employees. Unhygienic.) Our visual merchandising displays were limited by the company's budget as the owners did not want to invest in more creative approaches; insisting on recycling or going for cheaper materials, resulting in repetitive/uncreative displays.

Pros

The best part of my job is collaborating with my marketing teammates. We have a great relationship and work together seamlessly to achieve our goals.

Cons

The company should review its compensation structure to ensure that employees are being paid fairly for the work they are doing. The current workload is not sustainable, and employees may be forced to leave if they are not compensated adequately.
