Approachable team, but processes and accountability are broken
Pros
Colleagues and seniors are generally approachable and willing to help out where they can. There's a sense of camaraderie at the individual contributor level.
Cons
HR doesn't seem to follow its own stated policies. I was given incorrect information about leave policy, and this only came to light a year later when I questioned why my leaves weren't being credited correctly. There's also a pattern of HR committing to action items and then not following through. There's no real grievance redressal mechanism. Complaints aren't kept confidential despite assurances, which discourages people from raising issues at all. Leadership shows a clear pattern of favoritism — if a product underperforms, the broader team often bears the consequences while those directly responsible/in charge are insulated. There's a sense that employees (particularly in India) are viewed as easily replaceable rather than as part of a long-term plan, unless you're closely aligned with leadership. On the product/tech side, the focus is heavily skewed toward optics — making things look good for demos and investor showcases — rather than building sustainably or maintaining code/product quality.
