      Pros

      I wish I could legitimately have a pro but sadly there is none

      Cons

      I have never worked for such immature, emotional & condescending leaders in my life. They have no idea what they're doing from a monday to a tuesday. Things are constantly changing, including employees who are let go in a heartbeat to completely unqualified "management" being brought in. ( And no I was not let go) The attitude is basically the employee should just deal with anything because they are "lucky" to work there. I have witnessed the ceo screaming on the floor in front of multiple employees, the president of the company taking (what hes claiming it to be im sure) prospective clients to strip clubs and certain "managers" verbally abuse her employees time and time again. If you want my advice steer clear.

True - things are constantly changing and when you grow at the rate we have over the last 3 years, it's unavoidable. Frankly, the changes (personnel and otherwise) have helped us grow and we look forward to further expansion.

      Pros

      Because of the 20 word minimum I am only writing nonsense as there are no pros to working for an inept company such as alpha card services.

      Cons

      Plenty of cons to come across at alpha card services namely upper management. They will sell you on why its a great company to work for and make you feel you should be thankful for working for them.

      Employee retention is lacking Lack of professional growth Micromanaged environment No work/life balance Salaries are just average
