Non-management coworkers are great, good company discounts, office building is nice, benefits (medical, dental, vision) are wonderful, location is close to major highway

Cons

No room for professional growth, no flexibility to work from home, no part-time options, tend to promote men over women (if they promote from within)

Cons

The benefits do not meet online industry standards - need matching 401K, maternity leave policy, flexible work schedule. However, the PTO is generous, especially for young employees.
