Dedicated employees struggle amid poor leadership and direction

There is a core of excellent employees who are knowledgeable, dedicated and continue to go above and beyond to keep the wheels turning despite the chaos coming from above.
Cons
- There is an astounding lack of direction. - The C-suite display a consistent lack of basic understanding of the business structure, regulations and resource requirements. - There is no transparency. Any 'town hall' is a presentation of vague, circular statements generated by AI - Employees are not valued, roles are made redundant with no evidence of impact assessment while they watch a fortune being spent on contractors and external consultants who fail to deliver (through no fault of their own - they are not given clearly defined projects to deliver and are not given the full truth on the state of compliance or lack of it)
