What I appreciate most are the real opportunities for growth and the ability to move into different roles based on our career path. Moreover, work-life balance isn't just a concept on paper here; it’s a tangible daily practice. The atmosphere among colleagues is also very pleasant and motivating.
Cons
Certains processus, notamment au niveau de la structure RH, manquent encore de formalisation. La clarté des attentes managériales peut aussi varier, et la transparence, bien qu’en amélioration, peut être renforcée sur certains dossiers. Tout le monde ne ressent pas le même niveau de soutien.
