Childish and Extremely Unprofessional

Free Lunch everyday and catered Friday lunches. Everyone for the most part is very friendly and helpful. Very generous with pay and benefits.
Cons
The owner is incredibly childish, unprofessional, and ignorant. He will have all the criticism in the world for you, but if you respond with any of your own he will take it very poorly and react very childishly. They will happily lie to you about hours and after-work expectations in the interviewing process, only to turn around and ask way more of you than they let on. Including working more hours than originally told without any additional compensation. As well as texts and messages at incredibly late hours, and becoming upset when you do not respond past midnight. They will also make the workplace very uncomfortable for you the moment you try to share any constructive criticism. The owner may want you to do things, without asking you or even bringing it up with you, then get upset when their unknown expectations are not met.
