      Pros

      Amazing culture especially for a remote based company. Very decent transparency in decision making. Great opportunities to learn new things. Extremely supportive leadership and colleagues.

      Cons

      Career progression is sometimes difficult so people end up moving laterally a lot when they’re not always the best fit/qualified.

      Amazing people, meaningful product, culture build on freedom and responsibility, transparent communication from the leadership, strong feedback culture.

      Cons

      Slido was acquired by Cisco, the culture remained more or less the same but Cisco slowly consumes the whole company. + Regular rounds of layoffs.
