Overworked, high pressure/high stress, underpaid and not appreciated.

Management is clueless and are constantly applying pressure to scam customers into new phone lines they don't need or want, force employees to sign customers up for television service without their knowledge all while paying the bare minimum and no support from management. Super high turnover because as soon as employees figure out what's happening they quit.
