No growth opportunities Horrible management Employees are asked to take on more responsibility and tasks than they can handle, and they are not compensated for any of these tasks All employees are underpaid No raises of any type are given No employees are offered any type of benefits (medical, dental, 401k) Most employees are kept as contractors so that the company doesn't need to pay a fair wage Employees are asked to connect with teams overseas during the evening and on weekends No recognition for any task/project done well, but you will be demeaned publicly for any mistakes
