Collaborative teammates, decent salary, good client base, exciting projects, extremely strong in oncology and immunology

Cons

Not as strong in some other industries where we compete; analysis is not as deep and as insightful from analysis team, doesn't have the best technology and visual analytics, work-life balance can get very out-of-whack
