Really poor communication. Hard to know who there cared about me as a person, and who cared about taking credit for my work.
One minute it was "We love you, and you're an important part of this team" the next it was "You're not working hard enough, and we'll fire you if you don't improve", with mixed messages on what exactly needed to be improved.
I started working for this SmartScout in between semesters as a college student. It began as an internship, and then became a more permanent position when school started back up. They are always trying to build something great, have a collaborative approach to work, and do always are built on ambition as a core value.
Cons
This company tries to do as much as it can with what it has. This can be great, but it also means that they are hesitant to spend money on new tools or especially new labor.
