Pros
The best are the clients, the projects sometimes are amazing and the possibility to work with major companies like Warner, Sony, Embraer makes the cons worth it. But not for the long hall.
Cons
They don't encourage the team to be independent from the manager, all conflict must be resolve between the manager of the teams. They don't encourage feedback and you only know that you did something wrong when they are firing you. You don't feel that you are safe or that you are in a environment that allows you to make mistakes and grow as a professional and a person.
