      Pros

      Colleagues are really fun people to work with. A good sense of camaraderie was built up over the verbal and mental abuse we got by the CEO.

      Cons

      CEO, loves to doubt and suspect his employees are stealing time. Doesn't trust his employees. Loves to shout at this employees when he gets frustrated. Lies about things in front of you, yet tells the others a different story. Creates toxic environments and pits teams against each other.
