Changing Executive Team, Changing Culture

Benefits package is improving. Paid parental leave Flexible PTO Remote Work Financials are discussed more openly than previous leadership

Cons

Executive team has been completely replaced in the last year. These changes include the leadership of the Product and Engineering department While the new CEO shares financials, he is still disconnected from most of the company Product and Engineering teams are measured against standards that are not shared before negative outcomes (like terminations and demotions). The new environment is based on Motivation through Fear rather than sharing goals. The original goal of "One Softdocs" is gone.

It’s like the Mean girls and the CEO is the head of the group. Unless you’re considered an “executive” he won’t listen. They pretend they do but they don’t. At this pace it won’t last long

The management team is pure amateur hour. They have little experience and micromanage every step of the sale often times forcing customer interactions that endanger the sale. The management team is not afraid to stretch the truth to get a deal
