Pros
No pros. No benefits of any kind, unless you ask for it. You might meet good people, your co-workers and make friends. But will not be able to stay long in the company, because of the pressure, stress and underappreciation that you will experience very soon.
Cons
A stressful environment, no efforts appreciated, sometimes can be even toxic. Management lacks capacity and puts unnecessary pressure on the employees under them. Terribly low salaries and a dead-end job. You have to be in the Polish team to get a promotion.
