    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Excellent benefits package and salary offerings, especially health care coverage. When I look around today I can't find another one which comes close.

    Cons

Greedy management. I found myself constantly covering for other engineers on projects because management couldn't provide personnel with the right skills. Some of the project tasking in some departments made me wonder if those in charge of developing business actually read bid solicitations and looked at anything other than key buzzwords, past performance, and whether or not they had the conviction to execute on work which had been awarded. Constant strain on resources as there was a constant chasing of greener grass at the expense of current work.

    Advice to Management

Get your team leads personnel with the right skills to succeed on work that you have been awarded.
