Pros

A paycheck and flexible schedules due to it being a 24/7 - 365 days a year. Some of the staff are really great people, positive and helpful. They "try" to incorporate incentives. The location is much nicer than the old building. Internal positions are available.

Cons

They pay is not good. The work is extreme and poorly organized due to the structure provided by management. The company is more concerned with "status quo" than innovation. There is definitely favoritism and it shows. Expect to pick-up the slack of others as a result. The programs used are dated and make the call flow take longer than needed. It's very tedious and monotonous work. The breaks are less than fifteen minutes, except lunch, and most shifts are for 4/10hr shifts. The incentives given are to encourage more work due to high turn-over rates so you will feel burnt-out. My exit interview was combated with excuses rather than solutions to company issues.

Pros

SolvOne is a smaller business that is working on growth and expansion, they're 24/7 and are flexible with schedules, management is always available to help you succeed. They're a laid back company, with friendly employees, as well as busy so expect to work.

Cons

For a position that requires, what I see as, technically specific knowledge without set scrips you are working with the overall pay / raise increases are not as high as one would expect, that being said, they do offer full benefits and retirement packages, which imo is a major plus. Somewhat micromanaging overall which is not very pleasant, but in my experience it only happens when you can't balance work/socializing, if you can manage yourself you'll see very little of that.
