*as mentioned in other reviews, the owner micromanages *most people do not tip *you'll spend hours cleaning and mopping and sweeping and dusting, several times a day *self training is expected, I was deferred to YouTube regularly for training. There are no training manuals or protocol literature. There is no device rep trainings at all for new employees *the manager will want to keep tabs on you at all times, you'll have to let her know if you're going to the bathroom, drinking water, what you're doing for your lunch *no phones are allowed ever, not on silent, not in your pockets not when no clients are around *you have to arrive 15min before tour shift starts or you'll be docked a full hour *no room for growth *no benefits *no diversity in employee composition and little diversity in client base *no transition time between clients during busy times *lots of constant negative feedback and nitpicking regardless of anyone performing well at their job
