      Great company, lots of perks and amazing people

      Pros

      The people and perks are great and money was a big step up from Indie games. I have maintained friendships that started at SCEA and it's been 15 years since I left.

      Cons

      Some of the games aren't AAA but I still maintain this company was a life changer for me. Crunch can be a bit brutal if you are on a sports title.
