None - unless you're in tech recruitment helping people find their next role.

Cons

Not a safe space for LGBTQ+ avoid. Insensitive comments regarding "gay" people made to the entire business. No action taken. Companies implementation of diversity and inclusive policies are laughable.

Pros

None unless your a fan of cheese. It’s leadership is the most toxic I have ever encountered. They scratch each other’s backs and treat everyone below them like something they stepped in.

Cons

Sorted Group has some great people but mostly it’s younger workforce. It’s a stress filled boiler room environment disguised by superficial employee benefits. The biggest con however is the senior leadership whom run the company like they are an elite clique. They have a turnstile recruitment policy and hire and fire employees all the time which is why people always feel on edge and also why they are always hiring. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

There’s not much that’s good about sorted

Cons

The higher management couldn’t care less about the staff and any issues they may have. You are just a number. The same people get treated great, if your friends with those at the top you will be ok
