Source Support has poor leadership & that is putting it lightly. They are playing business and trying to act like they belong in the big leagues, but it's all just a game / front. The company shows signs of distress & does nothing but ask more & more of employees with nothing in return unless of course you are one of the chosen few. The new CEO is narcissistic and self-serving & has no idea what the truth even is. They are lying to employees, customers, vendors. They have minimal training, policies, processes or procedures, but will reprimand employees for not following non-existent processes. The resources and training provided do not allow for success.
