Not only did the company lack innovation and provide inadequate employee development opportunities, but they also had a strict policy of disallowing mobile devices in the workplace. This restriction severely hindered productivity and communication. Combined with poor work-life balance and communication issues, I strongly advise against working for SourceDotCom.
