Pros

SourceStrike is run by caring and empowering folks who understand the industry and the people working for them. It was an great place to meet talented devs and grow. Now a fully remote workforce, I found that micromanagement was nearly non-existent and I was given faith to get the job done. Given that SS is an agency, I liked getting to work closely with clients who listened to input and treated me like a member of their own team. I worked on a project with less than ten developers and it was an environment where everyone pulled their weight and worked together. The benefits are good and I never had an issue taking time off. The vacation policy is “unlimited”, and I never felt stress about spending holidays with my family. Health dental and vision are covered too. My experience was free from egos and politics. There are good people at SS who help respect and help each other.

Cons

Sometimes you can feel isolated due to SourceStrike being a remote agency with many different projects.
