      -Free lunch on once a week -Convenient Parking

      Cons

      - Product is such a mess - patched together of copied open source codes and features. It is such a mess that neither the engineers , nor the architect , nor the product management knows what the copied and populated database tables are and do and what the values means. They also try to hide it when customer ask specific question about features and data. - The San Mateo office is empty with about 15/20 people, and major workforce is in India. - Low salary, not a startup and no prospects. Major competitors like Oracle, Opower and C3 IoT. - Ex SAP executives trying to have a job basically.

      Very powerful and cutting edge products Tight knit community Catered lunch on Wednesdays

      Cons

      Tries to be all things to all industries, marketing and pricing focus suffers as a result. Overextended financially via acquistion and grew too fast, had to make major cuts when revenue didn't keep pace. Nickel and dime atmosphere on equipment and other capital expenditures
