      Pros

      I love being around the music! It's always something different, so it never gets boring. My fellow bartenders are also really great

      Cons

      The owner is genuinely a terrible person. Extraordinarily greedy and completely disinterested in the people who work for him. He does not pay a good salary to management, so very unqualified, inapporpriate managers are running the place on a day to day basis. If you can get over that your efforts are lining his pockets and just focus on making your own money, then it's a solidly fine place to work.
