Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with your coworkers. We also understand that growth can look different for everyone, so we aim to provide a variety of pathways for development through supervision, training, and opportunities for expanded clinical responsibility over time. We also hear you on parking in Central Austin, it can definitely be a challenge in that area. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

Pros

Hard to think of any

Cons

I had a horrible time working here. Management is completely unsupportive. Leadership is one big clique. I did not feel as if we were proving quality therapy. It was not child led and felt that I was supposed to blindly follow programs regardless of my thoughts on them. Not the ABA experience I was looking for. I didn't feel good about the therapy we were giving families. I hope they listen to employees more

Pros

Plenty of experience and has been around long enough to know the field and have good procedures, you'll learn a lot. Families are consistent and great to work with. Easy to talk to office support and owner about any needs.

Cons

Insurance is getting more difficult but the office deals with most of that for you. Scheduling when families cancel last minute.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that your experience has included strong clinical learning, supportive systems, and positive relationships with families and the team. Those are areas we work hard to get right, so it’s encouraging to see them reflected in your day-to-day experience. We also appreciate you noting the strengths of communication and responsiveness from our leadership and office teams! We also hear you on the challenges around insurance and last-minute cancellations. Those can be challenging parts of the job, and we’re always to look for ways to better support the team when schedules shift unexpectedly. We appreciate all you do for Spark and your commitment to the families we serve!
