This company is clearly on the decline. Multiple rounds of layoffs and furloughs and “accidental” accounting mistakes like people’s retirement contributions ending up in the companys account instead of their own. I’d be cautious about the overly positive reviews, especially from former employees who are now working with Sparkbox leadership at other companies. If leadership really believed in Sparkbox’s future, they wouldn’t have all left. A quick look through the Wayback Machine shows most of the senior team is long gone. The nicey nice culture is fake.
