      Small company - challenges you to renew your knowledge in the field.

      Cons

      Unfair Salaries - employees are either paid VERY high or very low in comparison to statistical average in geographical region. Child-like Management logic - jumping to conclusion despite evidence supporting the contrary; will not make any effort to motivate employees and treats them similarly to "disposable batteries." Lack of Communication skills - Do not expect the minimal level of understanding nor comprehension. Do not accept an offer unless it's a life and death situation.

      Met a few incredible people & nurtured a few lifelong friendships

      Cons

      Toxic senior management / department managers, no proper training are provided, disorganized structure, a few of mass resignation periods, high turnover rate during my employment, increased workload with no adjustment to compensation, lack of respect to employees, favoritism is a factor in compensation, unequal pay, outdated technology infrastructure, no retention plan to retain top talent, lack of motivation, not ready to compete with other competitive companies, not emotional / mental health friendly, everyone is replaceable mentality, poor culture and morale

      great learning opportunities for professional growth amazing colleagues/coworkers great flexibility

      Cons

      unfair benefits & compensation thru-out the org, usually based on favouritism & nepotism constant increase of responsibilities & no increase in compensation employer is not competitive; they're losing top talents faster than enrolling patients to the trial burnt out & mental state of employees are not great there is no direction lack of communication
