It’s not all pink and smiles! Spend the business money quicker than they could make it. All decisions weren’t made based on data or statistics, just the mood of the CEOs on the day. Worked throughout Covid despite being furloughed. Played staff off one another, told some they were being made redundant and to pretend to go for redundancy too but told they would keep their jobs. Extremely toxic work environment. Employees had to use personal phones (even social media team) and were contacted regularly out of the business working hours. Management had their favourite team member of the month - which created uncomfortable team working environments. Regular staff strategy days when management would threaten jobs
