    Pros

Great concept to help the special ed population. Good benifits compared to other companies in the market. Can save on gas or metro.

    Cons

All of the low level management and some of the so called executive management from tech side doesn't have any experience in the enterprise software development. Very poor decisions due to lack of experience in the enterprise software industry. Need more management changes required to take the company forward.

    Advice to Management

Company will reach heights if the executives really think of getting experienced managers. Also get some good management training for self. Be client focused.
